The role reports to Director.</p> <p><span style="color: #c00000;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p> <p>The Senior Civil 3D Designer supports Pinchin’s Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation (EDR) team by delivering high-quality Civil 3D design and coordination across multidisciplinary environmental and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Civil 3D models, drawings, and surfaces while ensuring compliance with CAD standards and project requirements. Acting as a technical resource, the role supports Civil 3D workflows, troubleshooting, and integration with AutoCAD, GIS, and survey data. The position also plays a key role in coordinating design updates, maintaining standards, and collaborating with project managers, designers, and technical teams. Through mentorship and continuous improvement initiatives, this role helps drive efficiency, consistency, and quality in project deliverables.</p> <p><span style="color: #c00000;"><strong>Your role and action</strong></span></p> <ul></ul> <ul> <li>Prepare and maintain Civil 3D models, drawings, surfaces, and design elements for infrastructure, environmental, and land development projects.</li> <li>Create and manage alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, pipe networks, and surfaces using Civil 3D.</li> <li>Coordinate and uphold CAD standards, templates, styles, and best practices across the EDR team and related disciplines.</li> <li>Review drawings and models for quality, accuracy, and compliance with Pinchin standards and project requirements.</li> <li>Serve as a technical resource for Civil 3D workflows, troubleshooting, optimization, and integration with AutoCAD, GIS, and survey data.</li> <li>Coordinate design updates, revisions, version control, and file management with project managers and designers.</li> <li>Support and mentor junior designers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow efficiency, automation, and documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="color: #c00000;">What You’ll Bring to Pinchin                    </span> </strong></p> <p>The right candidate is a technically strong Civil 3D professional with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering accurate, high‑quality design solutions.
