Either without the other is not a fit.<br></p> <h2>The Role<br></h2> <p>As a Senior Franchise Business Coach at 4Ever Young Corporate, you will own performance coaching for an assigned franchisee portfolio across all lifecycle stages – new, developing, and mature locations. This is a high-accountability field coaching role: you will diagnose performance gaps, build action plans with clear owners and deadlines, and run a repeatable cadence that moves key KPIs within a med spa-adjacent, service-provider model. You will be in centers, not behind a desk.<br></p> <h2>What You’ll Do<br></h2> <ul> <li><b>Run performance coaching</b> using scorecards, structured check-ins, and documented follow-through – not vague guidance.<br></li> <li><b>Diagnose underperformance</b> and prioritize the highest-leverage fixes: capacity and utilization, staffing, conversion, retention, standards.<br></li> <li><b>Build and track action plans</b> tied to deadlines and measurable outcomes – who owns what by when.<br></li> <li><b>Influence franchisees without authority;</b> hold commitments and navigate hard accountability conversations.<br></li> <li><b>Conduct onsite reviews, interventions,</b> and support new location openings and onsite training as needed.<br></li> <li><b>Partner with internal teams</b> across Operations, Marketing, Training, and Development to remove blockers and accelerate execution.<br></li> <li><b>Track progress in tools</b> like Zenoti, CRM, and Microsoft 365 (or comparable) and use reporting to drive follow-up.<br></li> </ul> <h2>Outcomes You’ll Be Expected to Move<br></h2> <ul> <li>YoY revenue growth across portfolio<br></li> <li>Membership and recurring revenue (net gain + retention)<br></li> <li>Conversion (lead-to-prospect, consult-to-close, or equivalent)<br></li> <li>Average ticket and service mix<br></li> <li>Client and patient experience + quality execution<br></li> <li>Operating standards adoption and training compliance<br></li> </ul><br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <h2>Must-Haves<br></h2> <ul> <li><b>3+ years in a franchisor-side field support role</b> – Franchise Business Coach, Franchise Consultant, or Field Operations Coach with an assigned franchisee portfolio – within a med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or beauty brand. Franchise experience in other verticals and med spa or wellness experience without a franchise field coaching background are each not a fit for this role.<br></li> <li><b>Proven KPI ownership with specifics:</b> baseline β†’ action plan β†’ execution cadence β†’ measured results.
