The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin.</p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Manager, Cohort Growth – Casino</strong> to execute the strategy for growing and maximizing player volume and value across the customer lifecycle.</p> <p>You’ll partner closely with the Senior Director of Growth to bridge the gap between Marketing, Product, and Analytics. This role is perfect for a data-fluent marketer who thrives on identifying friction points in the player journey and building the "connective tissue" between personalized incentives and commercial outcomes.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Execute New Player Cohort Strategy:</strong> Own the day-to-day management of new player cohorts, implementing aggressive strategies to maximize Initial NGR and Day-1 to Day-30 LTV.</li> <li><strong>Optimize the Conversion Funnel:</strong> Map and refine the journey from registration to first deposit; collaborate with CRM and Product to remove friction and ensure a seamless "first-bet" experience.</li> <li><strong>Promotional Strategy:</strong> Partner with the Promotions team to design <strong>new user incentives</strong> that balance high-volume acquisition with long-term value. Build a robust "test-and-learn" pipeline for acquisition offers, constantly refining bonus structures, wagering requirements, and "hook" messaging to outperform competitors.</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Intake Analysis:</strong> Analyze the performance of new cohorts by acquisition source to identify high-value trends, reporting insights on CAC and early-life ROI to Casino leadership.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Alignment:</strong> Serve as the primary bridge between the Acquisition Marketing, Brand, and Analytics teams to ensure promo spend aligns with volume targets and commercial budgets.</li> <li><strong>Performance & Velocity Reporting:</strong> Track and forecast the growth of new player bases, maintaining real-time dashboards that communicate the health and scale of the acquisition pipe.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>7 plus years of experience</strong> in growth marketing, CRM, or lifecycle strategy—ideally within Casino, iGaming, or a high-frequency subscription/digital environment.</li> <li><strong>Proven Track Record:</strong> Experience driving measurable improvements in customer retention and LTV through segmented, data-informed campaigns.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> Strong proficiency in cohort analysis and data interpretation; you are comfortable using data to build business cases for new initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for cross-functional partners and leadership.</li> <li><strong>Operational Agility:</strong> Comfortable moving between high-level lifecycle planning and the tactical details of campaign execution.</li> <li><strong>Industry Knowledge:</strong> A solid understanding of the regulated gaming landscape and player psychology is a significant plus.</li> </ul> <p>Depending on the role, your interview and onboarding experience may include in-person components, such as onsite interviews or Launching into Better: LIVE—a multi-day cultural immersion in New York City for full-time, non-seasonal hires.
