Collaboration across teams ensures priorities align, execution is effective, and programs scale efficiently. Key responsibilities include improving partner readiness, optimizing platform use, enhancing operations, and driving successful business outcomes.</p> <p>As a Senior Technical Enablement Architect, you will be:</p> <ul> <li>Designing role-based onboarding and certification paths tailored to partner types, functions and Cloud and Security priorities</li> <li>Managing key enablement platforms including PRM, Partner Portal, Demo Center, LMS, and Test Accounts</li> <li>Building scalable partner journeys that reduce ramp time, increase independence, and support cloud growth</li> <li>Collaborating with marketing, sales, product, services, and technical teams to align priorities and delivery</li> <li>Measuring enablement effectiveness and using insights to improve partner adoption, readiness, and business outcomes</li> <li>Championing a partner-first mindset across all enablement touch points, platforms, and programs</li> </ul> <p><b>Do what you love</b></p> <p>To be successful in this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Have 7+ years in partner enablement, channel programs, or technical marketing and a high school diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Understand partner business models such as VARs, Distributors, SIs, Services Partners, Cloud Compute partners, Security partners, and MSSPs</li> <li>Demonstrate practical expertise with PRM, LMS, Partner Portal, demo, or credentialing and skill validation platforms</li> <li>Demonstrate business expertise, strategic insight, and effective decision-making in dynamic, collaborative environments.</li> <li>Leverage data effectively to inform enablement decisions and demonstrate measurable business outcomes.</li> <li>Communicate effectively across global teams, building influence, alignment, and operational focus</li> </ul> <p><b>About us</b></p> <p>At Akamai, we make life better for billions of people, trillions of times a day.<br> Whether you're streaming live events, scrolling social media, watching your favorite series, or managing your savings, we're the engine behind the scenes.
