Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible for hire at this time.</u></b></i></p><p></p><p>In short, as our Senior Software Engineer, you are responsible to drive several exciting initiatives, help solve problems, no matter how big or small, work on business-critical projects built around cutting-edge technologies, and convey strategy and accuracy to our top-level decision-makers.</p><p></p><p>In long, our Senior Software Engineer is responsible for:</p><ul><li><p>Designing and implementing high‑quality Pega applications that power critical business processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.</p></li><li><p>Translate complex business requirements into robust Pega workflows, leveraging deep platform knowledge to create efficient case designs, integrations, and user experiences.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a hands-on technical expert who can troubleshoot intricate issues, optimize system performance, and guide teams through the nuances of Pega architecture and best practices.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to shape technical direction, clarify requirements, and deliver solutions that meet both immediate needs and long-term strategic goals.</p></li><li><p>Support integration efforts by working across APIs, data sources, and external systems, ensuring seamless communication and secure, well-structured interactions within the broader ecosystem.</p></li><li><p>Act as a mentor and resource for junior engineers, sharing insights on Pega development, debugging techniques, and engineering fundamentals to strengthen the team’s overall capability.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking For?</b></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of Software Engineering experience</p></li><li><p>Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivelant work experience</p></li><li><p>Strong Technical Expertise in the Pega Platform</p></li><li><p>Understanding of Pega architecture and functionality</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Nice to Haves:</b></p><ul><li><p>API Development (RESTful, GraphQL, .Net Web API)</p></li><li><p>PEGA Infinity experience</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with new cosmos-react/ Constellation UI framework</p></li></ul><p>#LI-JW5</p><p></p><p><b>So What About the Perks?
