Our experienced serious injury solicitors support clients through life‑changing events, helping them secure the answers, compensation, and rehabilitation they deserve.<br>About the Team and the Opportunity<br>You’ll be joining Kim Leslie , a nationally recognised personal injury specialist with over 25 years’ experience. Kim is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and an Executive Director of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers. She has extensive expertise in serious injury, abuse, and international claims, and has played a leading role in campaigns to improve access to justice in Scotland. Kim is known for her technical excellence, client focus, and commitment to delivering outstanding results in complex and sensitive cases.<br>Your Role and What You'll Be Doing<br>In this role you will:<br>Manage a complex and high-value caseload, including serious and catastrophic injury claims with support from more senior colleagues where required.<br>Deliver consistently accurate, strategic, and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.<br>Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless, high‑quality service.<br>Have the opportunity to develop your professional skills, working alongside some of the most highly regarded professionals in this field.<br>About You<br>We’re looking for someone who:<br>Has 2‑5 years post qualified experience in serious injury or high‑value personal injury litigation.<br>Experience in Asbestos disease and other disease experience is desirable, but not essential.<br>A proven track record of supporting on complex, litigated cases.<br>Ambitious, resilient, and excited by the challenge of joining an ambitious and growing team.<br>Skilled in delivering empathetic, clear, and confident legal advice.<br>Commercially minded, with a desire to progress in business development and client relationship management skills.<br>Flexible and collaborative, comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.<br>You’ll be joining a forward‑thinking and supportive team that values ambition, excellence, and impact.
