<strong>Job Description</strong><br><br>The Senior Web Pricing Analyst is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of all web pricing on the ODP Business Solutions website. The position does not have any focus on customer specific pricing, but instead drives sales and margin growth through market competitive prices that are the baseline for all customers purchasing with our company. A strong candidate will be expected to determine the best price for both our customer-base and ODP Business using price optimization tools, market data, and internal data in a way that balances product sales volume and month-over-month profit growth.<br><br>This analyst will report to a Senior Manager level and will work closely with Product Managers to ensure correct product placement in an online-only market. Revenue and margin tracking will be another key component in which candidates would be expected to measure growth and decline in sales against several comparable benchmarks for the most effective insights into price change impacts and market trends. The web pricing team is also responsible for the approval of all web pricing promotions and coupons based on their forecasted financial success.<br><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><ul> <li>Advise on pricing strategies to support evolving business objectives. Implement price changes as necessary to maintain category pricing strategies. Advise Product Manager partners on pricing options while communicating impacts and proposing alternatives.</li> <li>Track key business metrics (e.g. sales, share, value perception, margin, customer attributes, competitor indexing, etc.) to continually evaluate pricing effectiveness and refine pricing strategies as needed.</li> <li>Continually evaluate competitors and marketplace dynamics through the collection and management of competitive pricing data to apply competitive pricing rules and preserve positive customer price perception.</li> <li>Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues around pricing and margin.
