The individual will assist in the preparation of the Company’s annual budget process. The individual will take part in the development and production of all monthly operational reporting. This position will be a key liaison with the region, corporate departments, the accounting staff and senior management.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Company’s annual budget and quarterly forecast process</li> <li>Help lead the continued improvement and automation of the budget/forecast and month-end process</li> <li>Operate as Functional Admin for Oracle EPM and EPCM </li> <li>Develop, maintain, and produce monthly financial reports</li> <li>Build key supporting reports for the regions and corporate departments</li> <li>Assist in the production and development of senior management monthly reporting package</li> <li>Work closely with accounting to identify and solve issues during the monthly closing process</li> <li>Liaison with many areas of the Company to provide timely support and proactive feedback on all issues</li> <li>Provide solid leadership and development for the finance staff.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><em><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting</li> <li>8-10 years experience of financial analysis and budgeting – accounting related experience is a plus</li> <li>2-4 years of solid supervisory experience</li> <li>Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM or other large ERP Solution</li> <li>Experience in functional admin role and working with IT and Business on developing solutions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement </li> <li>Healthcare experience is preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Hardware/Software:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with a budgeting system is required – Oracle EPM experience is preferred</li> <li>Experience with an accounting system is required – Oracle ERP experience is a plus</li> <li>Advanced MS Excel skills required (Pivots, Lookups, VBA, etc)</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits and Compensation</h2> <p><strong><em>Take great care of the patient, every day and every way.TM </em></strong>At Pediatrix & Obstetrix, that’s not only our motto at work each day; it’s also how we view our employees and their families.
