Focus will be placed on team development, leadership, client experience, and balanced revenue growth across product lines using Thrivent’s Purposeful Advice platform. Accountable for moving teams through various milestones along the advanced teaming continuum. <br><br>This leader will lead growth strategies for a group of 25-30 advanced team practices and dedicated corporate resources. The Sr. Practice Growth Director provides one-on-one coaching and team execution on advanced teaming business models, strategic planning, business analytics, balanced revenue growth, capacity, and succession planning. The successful Sr. Practice Growth Director will develop, foster and implement a culture of learning and development in one-on-one group settings.
