And we’re proud to be recognized with awards such as "World's Best Workplaces," “Best Companies for Career Growth,” and “Best Company Culture,” year after year.<p><b>Do you enjoy programming but like being in control of the quality of the app you're delivering?</b></p><p></p><p>Concentrix Catalyst is an award-winning digital services company and Apple Mobility Partner on a mission to improve people’s lives through technology.</p><p>We’re at an exciting stage in our growth and are looking for a Mobile QA Automation Engineer to join our team in the Americas.</p><p>If you're passionate about creating experiences that people love to use, not just need to use, then read on!</p><p></p><p><b>What experience/ skills do you need?</b></p><p>●    Programming experience in Swift, Kotlin or JavaScript<br>●    Expertise in developing automated tests<br>●    Expertise in developing automated tests using at least one of the following:<br>○    Detox framework for React Native UI testing<br>○    XCUITest for Swift<br>○    Espresso framework for Android apps using Kotlin<br>●    Experience developing and executing tests within XCode and/or Android Studio <br>●    Knowledge of XML/JSON RESTful APIs as well as tools to manipulate these, such as Charles Proxy or Fiddler<br>●    Test planning, with a history of writing test cases<br>●    Skilled with continuous integration toolchains <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">(Bitrise/Fastlane/Testflight)</span><br>●    Experience using Jira in an Agile test process<br>Desirable<br>●    Experience of working in a cross-functional team environment</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do?</b></p><p>Mentored by a Tech Lead and supported by your teammates based in the US, UK, Poland and Latin America, you will help to create custom enterprise and consumer applications and platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end testing, across the whole QA process. This will range from the beginning of sprint planning to writing test cases based on user stories and includes the writing of automated tests, as well as some manual testing, to ensure 360° quality control.</p><p>You will work with other engineers around the world to write clear, concise and readable acceptance tests in true BDD style. You’ll help to write and maintain tests using XCUITest, Espresso and Detox while analysing and decomposing complicated software systems and designing strategies to test these systems.</p><p>When you join this team you will work continuously with the development team as well as the test engineering teams to ensure that we are providing the highest quality of code, peer code reviews and pair programming.</p><p>You’ll gain experience with industries from Consumer Finance to Retail and have the opportunity to provide a meaningful voice in developing products that improve people's lives. </p><p></p><p><b>What’s in it for you?</b></p><p>Empowerment -to be autonomous within a team that is passionate to deliver quality.
