We are proud to be an outlet for opportunity and for personal growth and success.<br><br><br><br></p><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><p>The Senior Real Estate Manager, Market Analysis supports Vuori’s retail expansion and existing store reinvestment efforts through detailed market analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking. Reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate, this role focuses on producing accurate, actionable analysis that informs site selection, investment decisions, and ongoing portfolio performance. <br><br></p><p>The Senior Real Estate Manager, Market Analysis also works closely with Real Estate, Finance, and Retail Operations teams to support revenue forecasts, cannibalization analyses, and performance insights. This role is a hands-on analytical position with ownership of core models, data, and reporting that support the day-to-day and long-term needs of the Real Estate function. <br><br></p><p><strong>What you'll get to do: </strong> <br><br></p><p><em>Market & Site Analysis <br><br></em></p><ul><li>Lead market research efforts and trade area analysis for potential store locations, including demographic, economic, and competitive assessments </li><li>Drive site selection and deal evaluation by developing location-specific insights and recommendations </li><li>Lead market prioritization efforts through data analysis and comparative market reviews </li></ul><p><em>Financial Modeling & Forecasting <br><br></em></p><ul><li>Manage standardized financial models and assumptions used in real estate underwriting and approval processes </li><li>Develop sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess risks and upside associated with individual deals </li><li>Partner with Finance and Real Estate teams to align assumptions and validate forecast inputs </li></ul><p><em>Cross-Functional Support <br><br></em></p><ul><li>Own ongoing analytical needs of Real Estate by working closely with Finance, Retail Operations, and field teams </li><li>Prepare clear summaries, reports, and presentation materials that translate analysis into practical insights </li><li>Provide ad hoc analysis to support real estate negotiations, investment decisions, and internal reviews </li></ul><p><em>Process & Data Management <br><br></em></p><ul><li>Manage data inputs from internal systems, brokers, consultants, and third-party providers, ensuring accuracy and consistency </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve analytical workflows, templates, and reporting efficiency </li><li>Create process, documentation and standardization of forecasting methodologies and reporting practices </li><li>Lead special projects and initiatives related to retail growth and portfolio performance <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><p><strong>Who you are:<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree; finance, real estate, economics, business, or equivalent years of experience preferred</li><li>10+ years of experience in retail real estate analysis and market planning </li><li>Proven experience in evaluating sales from potential Retail locations, with end-to-end management of market and location data and analysis. </li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Excel-based modeling and data analysis </li><li>Solid understanding of retail real estate metrics, forecasting, and investment evaluation </li><li>Ability to synthesize data into clear, practical insights for non-technical partners </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple analyses and deadlines simultaneously </li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently </li><li>Proficient in MS Suite (experience with visualization, BI, or GIS tools is a plus) <br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Information<br><br></strong><p><strong>Our investment in you:<br><br></strong></p><p>At Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees: <br><br></p><ul><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Savings and Retirement Plan </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Generous Vuori Discount & Industry Perks </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Wellness & Fitness benefits </li></ul><p>The salary range for this role is $127,100 per year - $163,485 per year.
