Strategies could include, but are not limited to, cold calling, direct mail, local and national advertising, employee referral campaigns, university conferences, career fairs, open houses, the internet, networking, etc.</li><li>Be responsible for adapting, reacting, projecting, planning and implementation of various sourcing and recruiting strategies, and also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing selection and hiring.</li><li>Develop proactive research and sourcing strategies to impact pipeline of a diverse workforce.</li><li>Initiate requisitions and conduct partner strategy meetings with hiring managers for specialized roles.</li><li>Lead the successful management, prioritization, and closing of searches.</li><li>Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies</li><li>Make and influence decision based on industry related KPIs</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>If You Are:</strong></p><ul><li>Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.</li><li>You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.</li><li>You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience. Health Care experience preferred.</li><li>Executed recruitment strategy to source appropriate candidates, accomplished through multiple recruitment venues including internet, cold calling, trade shows/career fairs, direct mail campaigns, local and national advertising, employee referral promotions, university relationships, networking within professional associations and the healthcare industry, utilizing internal resources.</li><li>Ability to develop successful partnerships with operations and hiring authorities.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
