We service some of the largest multinational companies in the world and are expanding quickly by delivering an unmatched end-to-end client experience.</p> <p><strong>Company website:</strong> www.CEF.inc</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>The<strong> Warranty & Refund Administrator</strong> is responsible for validating and processing refund requests and warranty claims, while supporting Authorized Service Provider (ASP) onboarding and CRM operations.</p> <p>This role serves as a key control point between Tier 1 Support, ASPs, and Finance — ensuring all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with Midea policies before processing.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Refund Validation & Processing</strong></p> <ul><li>Review and validate refund requests submitted by Tier 1</li><li>Ensure accuracy of customer details, proof of purchase, eligibility, and refund amounts</li><li>Return incomplete or incorrect submissions with clear guidance</li><li>Process approved refunds and maintain proper documentation</li></ul> <p><strong>Warranty Claims Administration</strong></p> <ul><li>Review and process warranty claims submitted by ASPs</li><li>Validate labor, parts, and supporting documents against warranty policies</li><li>Approve or reject claims and coordinate with ASPs for corrections</li><li>Maintain accurate records in Call Experts CRM</li></ul> <p><strong>ASP Registration & Support</strong></p> <ul><li>Register and onboard new Authorized Service Providers in Call Experts CRM</li><li>Set up accounts, permissions, and service coverage</li><li>Maintain accurate ASP profiles and documentation</li><li>Provide basic guidance on claim submission and system usage</li></ul> <p><strong>Payroll & Financial Validation</strong></p> <ul><li>Prepare and submit weekly warranty and refund claim payroll</li><li>Ensure all charges (labor, parts, travel) are accurate and compliant</li></ul> <p><strong>CRM & Operational Support</strong></p> <ul><li>Provide support for Call Experts CRM (claims, tickets, access issues)</li><li>Assist Tier 1 and ASPs with workflows and system navigation</li><li>Escalate system-related issues to appropriate teams</li></ul> <p><strong>Quality Control & Compliance</strong></p> <ul><li>Ensure all transactions meet internal policies and audit requirements</li><li>Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements</li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul><li>3+ years of experience in warranty, claims processing, or service operations</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (Call Experts is an asset)</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li></ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience supporting service provider networks (ASP)</li><li>Background in appliance or consumer goods industry</li><li>Experience in refund or payroll processing</li></ul>
