We are now building out our commercial team and need outstanding Account Executives to help scale revenue.</p><p>The Role</p><p>This is a closing-focused role selling a clearly defined appointment-setting service to recruitment agency owners and directors.</p><p>You will manage the full sales cycle, from discovery through to close, working with qualified inbound and outbound opportunities.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Run discovery and sales calls with recruitment agency owners</li><li>Clearly explain our appointment-setting model and qualification process</li><li>Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers</li><li>Manage deals from discovery to contract signature</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene</li></ul><p>Essential Requirements</p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years\' experience in a B2B Account Executive / Closer role</li><li>Previous experience in a recruitment agency or recruitment software services</li><li>Confident selling to founders, owners, and senior decision-makers</li><li>Experience closing consultative or recurring service deals</li><li>Self-starter mentality with high energy and work ethic</li><li>UK-based and able to work UK hours</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Fixed salary + uncapped bonus</li><li>Fully remote role</li><li>Warm leads and a straightforward sales cycle</li><li>Proven appointment-setting service with consistent demand</li><li>High-performance environment with clear progression opportunities</li><li>Potential to gain equity</li></ul><p>This role is suited to experienced sales professionals who understand recruitment and can clearly position an appointment-setting service without overselling or fluff.</p> Salary: GBP 67200 - 96000 per year
