Hence achieving our vision.<br><br>Experience the power of a game-changing career.<br><br>What The Admin Will Do<br><br><ul><li>Support the current Salesforce team in their management and handling of user Support tickets</li><li>Good experience on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud</li><li>Support internal users by troubleshooting and solving business problems within Salesforce</li><li>Assist internal users with data management queries</li><li>Assist internal users in creating reports and dashboards</li><li>Manage Salesforce users, their access and permissions</li><li>Communicate effectively with the business on queries raised</li><li>Provide testing support for solutions being developed by the Salesforce team</li><li>Learn about internal business processes with a view to supporting the continuous improvement of Salesforce<br><br></li></ul>What The Admin Should Have<br><br><ul><li>Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201)</li><li>Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator</li><li>A good working knowledge of Flows</li><li>Strong experience with Data Loader, and a conscientious approach to data management</li><li>Confidence with all aspects of Salesforce’s security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, etc.)</li><li>A clear and effective communication style<br><br></li></ul>Nice-to-Haves (but not Essential)<br><br><ul><li>Any other Salesforce certifications </li><li>Experience using and debugging Process Builder and Flow</li><li>Specific experience working in a Helpdesk Support role<br><br></li></ul>#ConcentrixCatalyst<br><br>
