Your mission We are seeking an Account Executive who will seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our market leading solutions. What will be your day to day? Demonstrate, promote, and sell Codacy and Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers. Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. Outbound prospecting - proactively generate pipeline to support monthly & quarterly revenue targets Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition. Research and understand target market Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Codacy’s overall market opportunity. Track progress and results - Disciplined recording of prospect interactions and tracking of goal attainment in CRM system. Your profile Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; Prior experience in Sales or equivalent experience such as Account Manager or similar; Experience working with a technical and/or SaaS product; Our customers include developers, Engineering Managers, CTOs and Technical stakeholders (among others), therefore it is critical that you can - Understand and convey technical information, adapting your approach depending on your audience; - Build relationships with a wide variety of people and seniority. Some level of industry knowledge and their key business processes (or a high propensity to learn); Independent thinker with the ability to recognise where processes can be improved and who to collaborate with to improve them. Be able to solve complex problems with incomplete information; Requirements2+ years experience selling a product or service Excellent ability to manage and build relationships Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating Familiarity with Hubspot or other similar CRM systems (like Salesforce) Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs Why us?
