Role Summary As a High Ticket Sales Closer, you’ll be responsible for signing on new subscribers to our service. You will be selling an Amazon Advertising management service to Amazon sellers. Inside Sophie Society, you will have access to • A proven high ticket offer, with hundreds of units already sold over the past 3 years. • A proven pitch and sales script that averages over 30% close rate for our current high ticket closers • A well established company and brand name in the space, with a large, ever-growing bank of social proof, testimonials, case studies, and organic content. Responsibilities • Handle approximately 5 to 7 set calls per day and engage leads generated by marketing efforts and our cold lead generation team. • Conduct product listing and/or advertising analysis for prospects when needed, identify any gaps in their Amazon business, and position our services to solve their problems. • Present, promote, and sell our Amazon PPC Management service. • Issue and amend service agreements and invoices to finalize your closes. • Coordinate with our fulfillment teams and ensure all customers are smoothly transitioned. • Effectively complete all admin tasks (i.e. tracking the outcome of your sales calls and the status of your prospects), and update your personal Sales tracker. • Maintain active communication (over email, text messages, and calls) with your prospects, upsell existing customers you’ve built relationships with, and foster leads that are not ready for our services yet. • Proactively hit a minimum of 1 PPC close per day, and adapt when needed to achieve your sales targets i.e. Outbound call, text, and email leads and prospects to generate new opportunities. • Participate in weekly sales syncs and daily morning huddles with the VP of Sales, coming prepared with your daily/weekly report of confirmed and projected closes, wins, and challenges. • Create and develop email templates, scripts, pitches, presentations, and proposals based on information provided in our sales handbook. • Master our sales software and internal Sales Handbook, and go through external sales training programs recommended by leadership. • Contribute to the development of internal SOPs for the Sales team and collaborate with the Marketing team on their new lead funnels. • Uphold the values of Sophie Society (i.e. integrity, honesty, and a commitment to client fit) and be receptive to feedback on your performance. Qualification Criteria • Be HUNGRY, highly energetic, obsessive, sharp, and switched-on.
