Working hand-in-hand with Game Design, Engineering, Analytics, Production, and Marketing, you'll help build experiences that are fun, rewarding, and genuinely memorable.<br /> What You'll Do<br /> Live Service Ownership<br /> • Partner with a cross-functional team to drive product performance, contributing to key outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.<br /> • Build live ops that maximize player engagement and monetization throughout the product lifecycle.<br /> • Model, analyze, and optimize in-game economies and monetization systems to balance player experience with business performance.<br /> • Lead a data-driven culture of hypothesis, experimentation, validation, and iteration.<br /> • Develop and implement game health review cycles that synthesize internal metrics, player feedback, and market signals to drive product improvements.<br /> • Partner with Marketing to drive top-of-funnel growth strategies, ensuring acquisition efforts are aligned with in-game onboarding and early player experience.<br /> Strategic Vision<br /> • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership.<br /> • Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, emerging mechanics, and untapped opportunities.<br /> • Provide insights that prioritize the product roadmap, articulate risk/reward trade-offs, and build compelling business cases for key investments.<br /> • Be a passionate advocate for the player deeply understanding who our American Football fans are, what motivates them, and how we build products they love and return to.<br /> People & Organization<br /> • Mentor and develop other Product Managers, sharing your expertise and helping raise the bar on product craft.<br /> • Be a source of learning and a model of best practices, combining your unique background with a genuine growth mindset.<br /> • Collaborate with Producers, Game Designers, Engineers, and external partners to align cross-functional teams around shared product goals.<br /> What We're Looking For<br /> • 5+ years of experience in product management, with meaningful experience in live service F2P games.<br /> • Proven track record of owning and improving a liveF2Ptitle through its product lifecycle, including delivery of features, live ops events, and post-launch optimization.<br /> • Deep understanding of F2P game ecosystems, including player lifecycle management, spending behaviors, monetization design, and UA economics.<br /> • Strong analytical skills, with experience defining and tracking KPIs, building business cases, and making data-informed decisions. Forecasting and modeling experience a plus.<br /> • Experience designing and running A/B tests and translating results into clear product action.<br /> • Ability to craft wireframes and detailed product specifications, and present work confidently to executive stakeholders.<br /> • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a product vision.<br /> • A player-first mentality and genuine passion for games.<br /> • BA/BS in a quantitative or technical discipline (math, economics, engineering, finance), or MBA a plus.<br /> • Highly desirable: A passionate football fan with a strong understanding of American Football and the EA SPORTS brand.<br /> Pay Transparency - North America<br /> COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS<br /> The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).<br /> PAY RANGES<br /> * British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$114,300 - $156,200 CAD<br /> Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.<br /> For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
