<div><h2>The Role</h2></br><p>We are looking for a <b>Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst</b> to join our <b>Third Party Response (3PR)</b> team. You will focus on building, scaling, and maintaining data solutions that support <b>external regulatory and compliance reporting</b>. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of data to regulators, auditors, and external partners.</p></br><p>This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of <b>data, regulation, and business strategy</b>, where your work directly contributes to maintaining trust with regulators and safeguarding Block\'s ability to operate in financial services.</p></br><h2>You Will</h2></br><ul></br><li>Design, develop, and maintan BI pipelines, dashboards, and reporting assets that support regulatory and external data reporting.</li></br><li>Partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering to translate regulatory requirements into clear data deliverables.</li></br><li>Ensure data integrity and auditability by establishing robust documentation, validation, and QA processes for all reporting.</li></br><li>Respond to ad-hoc regulatory requests and audits, balancing accuracy with speed under tight deadlines.</li></br><li>Collaborate with Data Engineering and Infrastructure teams to automate and scale recurring reporting processes, reducing reliance on manual work.</li></br><li>Contribute to a centralized reporting dictionary and knowledge base for regulatory deliverables.</li></br><li>Monitor changes in regulatory expectations and proactively adapt reporting approaches.</li></br><li>Provide insights and context around regulatory data to stakeholders, highlighting risks, anomalies, or trends.</li></br></ul></br><h2>You Have</h2></br><ul></br><li>8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering</li></br><li>Background in financial services, fintech, or regulatory reporting</li></br><li>Expertise in SQL and large-scale data sets</li></br><li>Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, etc.)</li></br><li>Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts</li></br><li>Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for automation</li></br><li>Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CFPB, FDIC) and experience supporting audits/exams</li></br><li>Experience working with Legal, Compliance, or Risk teams</li></br></ul></br><p>We\\\' re working to build a more inclusive economy where our customers have equal access to opportunity, and we strive to live by these same values in building our workplace.
