We are seeking a Junior AI Video Creator to help us accelerate our content engine. You will be responsible for transforming concepts into polished, cinematic video assets at scale, bridging the gap between raw AI generation and professional-grade storytelling. Your mission is to maintain a high output videos per day without sacrificing the human-eye polish that makes content go viral. You will be leveraging AI tools to create the primary content, but will require video editing skills to nail the quality. The ideal candidate is an expert at prompt-to-post workflows, knowing exactly when to let the AI run and when to step in with manual edits to fix hallucinations, pacing, or continuity issues. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the tooling changes frequently, ensuring every piece of content feels intentional and high-quality. What You’ll Do Leverage text-to-video and image-to-video tools to generate raw visual assets. Stitch, trim, and edit AI-generated clips into cohesive 15–60 second narratives for social platforms. Perform "Human-in-the-Loop" polishing to fix glitchy frames, awkward transitions, or AI physics errors. Integrate AI-generated voiceovers and sound design to create immersive audio-visual experiences. Optimize content for various aspect ratios and platform-specific engagement hooks. Maintain a consistent brand voice across a high volume of daily deliverables. Experiment with and implement new AI tools and workflows as they emerge in the landscape. Establish KPIs for videos. Monitor for latency, cost, and output quality, continuously refining prompts to improve performance over time. What You’ll Need Proven experience using generative video tools Proficiency in professional editing suites for manual stitching and color correction. Mastery of prompt engineering for both video and static imagery. Familiarity with AI audio tools for voice cloning and soundscapes. Strong understanding of social media pacing, "hooks," and retention-based editing. Ability to troubleshoot AI "hallucinations" and maintain visual continuity across multiple generated clips. High organizational skills to manage a high-volume pipeline of assets and versions. A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to blend AI tools with traditional editing for a seamless final product.
