Position Description The Business Intelligence (BI) and Power Platform Developer leads the design, development, enhancement, and support of business intelligence, workflow automation, reporting, and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft (MS) Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, and related technologies. Minimum/General Experience 3 years of Power BI, MS Power Platform, and SharePoint development experience Minimum Education Bachelors Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field Essential Skills/Qualifications Above average experience designing and developing ad-hoc applications, dashboards, reports, and datasets using MS Power BI Above average experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and data visualizations Above average experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows Above average experience with Microsoft SharePoint webpage development and content publishing Above average experience supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments Above average experience with reading and writing complex SQL queries Above average experience connecting applications to data sources (e.g., Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SharePoint, other cloud services) Above average experience reviewing and working with users based on support tickets Above average experience designing and maintaining data models and relationships Above average experience gathering requirements and developing technical documentation Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and compliance Knowledge of building virtual agents using SQL, Python, Java, or JavaScript Knowledge of machine learning open-source libraries & platforms (e.g., MLflow, Aforge.Net, Pytorch, pandas, numpy, sklearn, XGBoost, Tensorflow/Keras, or similar TRM-approved languages) General Physical Requirements needed to perform the essential functions of this job may vary based on the location of the assignment.
