TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice Personal Information We Collect Your Privacy Choices Team Overview As the Sales Vice President, Sales Specialist Leader – Consumer Interactive, you will lead an international team of specialists focused on consultative sales engagement, consumer acquisition, and solution innovation. You’ll define and execute the strategic direction of the specialist sales function, partner with senior leaders across product, marketing, and regional teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise and international goals. You will also align with and enable our regional sales teams to ensure our GTM strategy for our Consumer Solutions is supported and executed consistently. This role is critical in scaling our Consumer Interactive business and delivering measurable impact across our markets and will report directly to the Vice President of Sales Leadership. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management. Role Overview and Core Responsibilities Defines and executes a multi-year growth strategy for Consumer Interactive, aligning with enterprise priorities and anticipating market, regulatory, and consumer trends. Translates cross-regional insights into scalable consumer engagement models and supports expansion, planning cycles, and business forecasting. Builds and develops a high-impact specialist team while driving organizational alignment around consumer-focused priorities and initiatives. Leads change efforts with clarity and influence, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and long-term value creation. Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving collaboration across global, matrixed teams and communicating key insights and performance with clarity. Required Knowledge and Experiences 12+ years of experience in consumer-focused digital products, D2C sales, or subscription-based services, with a track record of leading global sales, strategy, or product initiatives. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Proven success building and scaling high-performing specialist sales teams while driving enterprise-level growth and measurable results. Deep expertise in consumer acquisition, digital engagement strategies, and international market dynamics, with experience launching solutions across multiple regions. Strong consultative selling and executive presence, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization and drive cross-functional alignment. Strategic, data-driven leader with excellent communication and storytelling skills; familiarity with digital identity, data privacy regulations, and consumer protection frameworks preferred. Pay Scale Information The U.S. base salary range for this position is $113,000.00 - $178,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
