Your Role We’re looking for a creative Mental Health Content Writer to work with our clinical team to turn therapeutic insights into joyful, clinically-informed narrative journeys. You\'ll work with therapists and psychologists to craft engaging therapeutic exercises, guided mental health journeys, and insights that resonate deeply with our LGBTQIA+ audience. Creative Storyteller Mindfulness & Narrative Writer Therapeutic Journey Writer Mental Health Scriptwriter Narrative Designer Tasks Collaborate closely with our clinical team, including therapists and psychologists, to understand therapeutic insights and translate them into engaging, accessible scripts. Develop compelling, inclusive, and narrative-driven mental health journeys, including therapeutic exercises, guided practices, and psychoeducational insights. Ensure content is culturally competent, trauma-informed, and resonates authentically with diverse LGBTQIA+ experiences. Regularly review and incorporate user feedback to continually refine and enhance content clarity, relatability, and effectiveness. Maintain consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across all app content and microcopy, aligning with Voda’s brand identity of joyful, affirming support. Clearly document content decisions and rationale, facilitating smooth collaboration and hand-offs to the broader product and development teams. Requirements Have 3+ years experience in writing engaging content and scripts, ideally within mental health, wellness , human rights or similar fields. Exceptional ability to translate therapeutic insights and clinical concepts, into clear , accessible , and joyful written scripts. Proven skills in creating inclusive, culturally competent, and trauma-infomed materials t hat resonates with diverse communities (previous experience in LGBTQIA+ mental health or wellness spaces is highly valued). Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate content choices clearly and thoughtfully. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and capable of balancing creativity with practical implementation. Proficient in standard content management and collaboration tools (Notion, Slack). Bonus if you have experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to support content creation, content management, and ideation. ️ Ready to Apply?
